When i was younger i used to sit and watch horror movies with him and he would give me a sneaky shandy that he would tell me that it would have to last me all night, We would sit through a couple of movies in a night with me sat on the floor snuggled close to him so when i got scared i could snuggle into his legs. As i got older grandad used to constantly crack jokes and to be honest grandad they were that bad that we had to laugh! Grandad used to grow his own veg and his tomatoes i remember being the best tomatoes ive tasted he knew his gardening very well and kept his flowers beautiful. He used to bring fish home after a day of fishing and gut them in the kitchen and nana or grandad would cook them for tea. He used to cook us a breakfast when we got up in the morning and take us to the shop for treats. He spent alot of his time keeping us all happy even till the day he died.
