Norman, my dad was a family man who adored his wife Josephine, (who he refered to has Jo) his children and his many grandchildren. Over the years he had many hobbies such as fishing, which he would do with his friend Wilf Littlewood. He also loved playing darts and would often come home with trophies from the many matches he had won. He also enjoyed relaxing with a cold can and watching Wildlife documentaries on the t.v. His favourite past time would be gardening, he would spend hours in his garden planting beautiful flowers including one of his favourites, Blue Moon Roses. He enjoyed gardened so much that at one point in his life he was a gardener at Barrow Park, this could possibly have been his dream job as he also loved to be out in the sun.
